"I had a disappointing experience with this insurance agency while purchasing a policy for my new car. Initially, I was connected with an agent by my grandfather, who referred me. During the call, I provided my personal and vehicle information, received a quote, and made a payment. Afterward, the agent mentioned the “Drive Safe & Save” program. I immediately informed Matt that I did not wish to participate. He stated the program was already included in the quote for a discount but agreed to remove it, advising I’d receive a bill for the difference. However, upon receiving my policy and ID cards, I discovered that the policy was incorrectly set up in my grandfather’s name, with no mention of my own. When I called to correct this, Matt simply stated that it was my grandfather who had initiated the call, despite the fact that I had provided all of my information as the policyholder. He then said the only way to resolve the issue was to rewrite the policy from scratch, which was frustrating and concerning. I requested a cancellation and refund, and he agreed to send confirmation. Unfortunately, I received no cancellation email and had to follow up the next day. When I called, I spoke to the receptionist placed on hold and I assume the call dropped so I called back again , and when I finally reached the office, I was told a cancellation request had been processed and that a refund check would be mailed whenever it was processed. This experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and poorly handled from start to finish. I cannot recommend this agency based on the lack of attention to detail and the overall quality of service provided."

I have had a coaching session with Matt this morning regarding how this phone call interaction was handled. Matt is committed to correcting this. Although we do not have much control over the speed of the refund process which includes internal processing and is also subject to USPS mailing as well. We are committed to provided remarkable customer service to all customers. I am confident that all future communications with our office will be a positive experience."

"I was looking for some cheaper car insurance and went on the State Farm website and found some. Got a quote from Matt Wooten working in Forest, MS for Rod Brown. He was professional and gave me all of the information for my policy. I really appreciate a person who takes their jobs seriously and enjoys satisfying the customer. Great job Matt."
